Terms and Conditions

Definitions

Seller: The company supplying the goods (e.g. candle wax, art resin).
Buyer: The person or company placing an order.
Goods: Materials sold strictly by the kilo.
Price: Shown per kilo and indicative only – final total depends on actual weight delivered.
Contract: The agreement formed when Seller accepts Buyer’s order.

Basis of Sale

All orders are accepted under these terms only.
Prices, images, or descriptions on the website or in documents are for reference only and may change.
No order is final until confirmed by the Seller.
Any changes must be agreed in writing.

Orders & Quantities

All orders are binding once accepted.
Materials may vary slightly in weight or texture due to raw material variations.
Final invoice is based on actual weight delivered, which may differ slightly from the order.
Small weight differences (up to 10%) are standard and must be accepted.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed.
Partial deliveries may occur and will be invoiced separately.
Buyer must report any issues (damage, shortage) within 3 days of delivery.
If delivery is delayed or refused by Buyer, storage and additional costs may apply.

Transport & Unloading

Seller chooses transport method and packaging.
Buyer is responsible for safe and prompt unloading. Extra charges may apply for delays.

Prices & Payment

Prices are in the currency stated and exclude VAT, duties, and delivery costs.
Seller may adjust prices if costs change before delivery.
Payment is due within 30 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs. Seller may suspend deliveries until payment is received.
